A poor fisherman who lives on the basis of the fish he catches, one day experiences a disadvantage and barely gets any catch other than a small fish. When the Fisherman would put the fish in the basket he was carrying, the small fish said:
“Please let me go, mister fisherman! I am so small that it is not worth taking home. When I become bigger, I will be a more delicious meal for you.”
But the Fisherman kept the fish in his basket.
“How foolish of me to let this fish go.” said the Fisherman. “No matter how small the fish I catch, it’s still better than no catch at all.”
Small results are more valuable than grandiose promises.
